The Seli 33.3MWac Photovoltaic Project is located in the Seli District, Kyzylorda Region, Kazakhstan. Invested by Huadian International Power Co., Ltd., it is a significant green energy project under the Belt and Road Initiative. Our company was responsible for the foundation piling works for all photovoltaic arrays and inverters on site, completing a total of 12,645 H-section steel piles and 222 C-section steel piles.

The project commenced on November 7, 2024, and was completed on June 30, 2025, with an actual total construction period of 235 days. Through the efficient organization of the project team, all piling works were completed on schedule, ensuring the overall progress of the power plant construction. A first-time acceptance pass rate of 100% was achieved for the piles, with quality fully meeting contractual requirements.

To address the characteristic high turnover of local labor, the project team implemented a "dynamic training and job-matching mechanism," providing continuous skills training for local workers while requiring Chinese personnel to master multiple job skills, thereby forming an efficient and complementary international team. By proactively understanding and respecting local customs and actively responding to reasonable requests, the team earned the trust and respect of the local community through concrete actions, laying a solid social foundation for the project's smooth progress.

Operating in a complex foreign environment, the project ensured both quality and safety. It maintained close coordination with the general contractor, designer, and supervision units, completing all construction tasks to a high standard. The project team's excellent execution received unanimous praise from the client and the general contractor, establishing a solid foundation for continued cooperation in the Kazakh and Central Asian markets.
