On the afternoon of March 10, at the invitation of Sinopec Guangzhou Engineering Co., Ltd., Chairman Li Huawei of the Group Company and Labor Union Chairman Sun Yunqing, accompanied by Yang Haipeng, Manager of the Third Company; Xia Wenchao, Party Secretary of the Third Company; and Chen Deyong, Director of the Shenzhen Office, held talks in Guangzhou with Han Weiguo, Chairman and Party Secretary of Sinopec Guangzhou Engineering Co., Ltd.; Wang Xiaowei, Deputy General Manager; and Zheng Fuqiang, Director of the International Business Department, and other senior executives.
The senior leaders of Sinopec Guangzhou Engineering Co., Ltd. extended a warm welcome to Chairman Li Huawei and his delegation. Deputy General Manager Wang Xiaowei introduced the company’s development history, core businesses, and overseas projects, expressing a willingness to collaborate with the Group Company in expanding international markets. He noted that the two parties had already established strong cooperative relations through multiple projects and emphasized that, with the deepening of the Belt and Road Initiative, both sides should continue leveraging their respective strengths to enhance cooperation in international engineering contracting, achieving mutual benefit. Chairman Li Huawei first thanked the leadership of Sinopec Guangzhou for their hospitality and elaborated on the Group Company’s development history, corporate culture, and strategic frameworks, including the “dual-market development” strategy, “dual-headquarters” operational layout, “core-focused, appropriately diversified” business model, and “management + equipment” production organization. He highlighted the Group Company’s iconic domestic and international projects in recent years, which have garnered extensive construction experience and high recognition from partners. Chairman Li emphasized the need to strengthen communication and jointly explore domestic and overseas markets to achieve high-quality development.
