The project is located in Maoming City, Guangdong Province, entrusted by Donghua Energy (Maoming) Co., Ltd., our company undertakes the pile foundation construction of this project. The main work content of this contract includes the construction of the pile foundation, including hole formation, borehole formation, reinforcement cage fabrication and installation, concrete pouring, slag transportation, etc.
The project started on June 18, 2021 and was completed on October 28, 2021, with a construction period of 133 days. This project adopts rotary drilling rig to drill, mud wall protection and concrete pouring by conduit method, and the placement of reinforcement cage and concrete pouring are carried out manually with the help of car crane. A total of 793 piles were completed and the test results met the requirements of design and specification standards.
