The ThalNova Power Station Project is located in Islamkot Town, Sindh Province, Pakistan. Entrusted by ThaleNova Power Thar (Private) Limited, our company undertakes the test pile construction, the pile foundation construction of the main plant area (steam engine room, centralized control building, chimney, boiler) and other ancillary plants of the project. The main work includes: construction of bored piles, fabrication and installation of reinforcement cages, procurement and mixing of concrete raw materials, concrete pouring and other work.
The construction of test piles started on December 8, 2018, and all test piles and anchor pile pouring and post-grouting construction were completed on December 15, 2018. Construction of the engineering pile began on March 14, 2019 and was completed on December 24, 2021.
This project adopted rotary drilling rig to drill holes and conduit to pour concrete underwater, and the placement of reinforcement cage and pouring of concrete were carried out by car crane and manual cooperation. A total of 632 piles were completed and the test results met the requirements of design and specification standards.
