The project is located in Ordos City, Inner Mongolia, invested by Inner Mongolia Huineng Coal Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd., and our company is responsible for the construction of pile foundation engineering.
The LNG storage tank engineering pile of this project adopts the construction technology of "pile-column integrated construction". The diameter of the pile is 1.4 m, and the length of the pile is about 17 m. The diameter of the column is 1.4 m, and the height of the column is 1.5 m, and the steel bar at the top of the column is exposed to the natural ground about 2.7 m. This storage tank is arranged with a total of 263 piles, and the pile end enters the bearing stratum with a depth of ≥2 m, and the concrete strength grade of pile and column is C50.
The project started on October 15, 2018, and was completed on November 10, 2018, 52 days earlier than the contract period. During the construction period, all the staff of the project department worked together to take countermeasures to ensure the material supply of the project according to the characteristics of the project, thus ensuring the construction period. At the same time, we resolutely implemented the principle of safety first and prevention first in the construction process, strengthened safety management, and no safety accidents occurred during the construction of the project, successfully completed the construction task. All of them passed the test and met the design and contract requirements.
In the whole construction process, the project department attached great importance to environmental protection work, designated a special person to be responsible for environmental protection work, and responsible for the management and coordination of the surrounding environment of the construction and the construction site area, regularly inspected the environment of the construction area, and no environmental pollution accidents occurred, which was unanimously praised by the owner and the supervision department.
