This project is located in Sihanoukville, Cambodia. Entrusted by Huadian Westport Power Generation Co., Ltd, our company contracted the following contents of this project:
The construction of 40 Φ600 mm concrete bored piles with an average pile length of 13.92 m, with reinforcement cage set through the length. The bearing layer is medium-weathering sandstone, and the pile end enters the medium-weathering sandstone of layer ④ more than 1 times the pile diameter; the concrete strength grade is C40.
The project was started on October 11, 2021 and completed on October 30. The pile quality testing of 40 piles all met the specification requirements, no safety, quality, environmental protection and other accidents occurred.
For drilling rig used in this construction project, a noise reduction device developed by us earlier was adopted to make the noise met the specification requirements, which won the unanimous praise from the supervisor and owner.
