The project is located in Rongcheng County, Baoding City, Hebei Province, including three areas of G1, G2 and G3. The work content includes the following: earthwork, including earth excavation and outward transportation; retaining and protecting for foundation excavation, including pile and anchor support, Compound Soil Nailed Retaining Wall and anchor rod (cable); foundation treatment, including cement-fly ash stone pile foundation (including cutting pile head). Among them, there are 2.03 million m³ of excavation and transportation, 97,000 m of Soil Nailed Retaining Wall, 76,000 m of anchor rods (ropes), 63,000 m³ of CFG piles, 64,000 m2 of Compound Soil Nailed Retaining Wall and 208 slope protection piles.
Commissioned by China Xiongnu Group Urban Development Investment Co., Ltd, our company has undertaken the earthwork, retaining and protecting for foundation excavation engineering and foundation treatment engineering of this project. The contract period of this project is 106 days. However, the project started on March 5, 2020 and completed on June 7, 2021, lasting 94 days. All the earthwork, retaining and protecting for foundation excavation works and foundation treatment works were completed, and the construction contents were 100% qualified.
BIM technology has been applied in this project for construction plan and technical measure evaluation, construction drawing review, technical delivery, material quality management, design change management, construction process tracking, data extraction, site layout, etc. BIM technology has played a vital role in the construction process of this project, and the BIM information exchange platform has been used to improve the efficiency of the whole construction team and facilitate the collaboration between various departments.
The resettlement housing project in Rongdong District of Xiong'an New Area is of vital interest to the people of Xiong'an New Area. This project is the first project of the whole Rongdong resettlement house, which is also a landmark project, with a large amount of work and tight schedule, and affected by the epidemic, making it difficult to organize. During the construction period, our company actively coordinated with the owner, project management organizations, design organizations and supervision organizations, and carried out the work style of daring to fight and go forward, and ensured the successful implementation of the project with high standards and strict requirements, which was recognized and affirmed by all parties.
