The project is located at 282 street, BKK 1, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The west side is adjacent to 13-floor red building with a height of 48.6 m, and the construction site is narrow. The total construction area is 10,000 m2, with 1 floor underground and 27 floors above ground, which is maintained by supporting piles and based on engineering piles. The overall underground excavation depth reaches 4 m, and the partial excavation depth is 6 m. supporting piles with a diameter of 600 mm are used for foundation pit support.
Commissioned by More Star CO., LTD, our company undertook the pile foundation construction of this project. The piles were end-bearing piles, and the bottom of the hole cleaning was the key point, so the bottom cleaning drill was used to clean the bottom of the hole. The supporting piles were friction piles, and the pile diameter was small, so the construction was carried out with 2 half drill bits to improve the construction efficiency.
The construction period of this project was from January 26, 2020 to April 25, 2020. A total of 7 piles of φ100 0mm, 29 piles of φ1200 mm, 59 piles of φ600 mm, consuming 1,971.5 m³ of concrete and 47.92 t of reinforcement, were completed in quality and quantity, safely and on schedule.
