The project is located in Yue Tang District, Xiangtan City, Hunan Province, and is divided into two areas: wide and heavy plate factory and sintering area. Commissioned by Xiangtan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd of Hunan Valin, our company undertook the pile foundation construction of this project. The work mainly included all the pile foundation works such as hole formation, concrete pouring, steel cage production and installation. Among them, there were 262 φ600 mm bored piles, 1,399 φ800 mm bored piles and 24 φ900 mm bored piles with theoretical volume of 14,307m.
The project was started on December 19, 2020 and completed on August 19, 2021, which took 243 days. 1,685 piles under contract were completed, with 100% qualified rate of testing.
We actively coordinated and cooperated with the owner, supervision and other organizations during the construction period, carefully produced production construction, completed the task objectives in quality and quantity, won the trust and praise of the development department, and laid a good foundation for further undertaking the subsequent construction tasks.
