This project is located in Baigushu Village, Gaotieling Town, Jiayu County, Xianning City, Hubei Province. The project is a collection of four contracts: relocation project of Hubei Shunle Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., Jiayu Zhongxinhong renewable resources pile foundation project, Jinshenglan sintering phase II project and sintering waste heat power generation project. There are 6,418 pile foundations in total. The commencement date of the project is September 30, 2020 and the completion date is August 15, 2021, lasting 319 days.
This project has a tight schedule, large workload and covers a large area, with scattered construction parts and complex geological conditions. Through careful organization, the project adopted high-torque drilling rigs of 235 and above and equipped with various drilling tools. Since 2014, our company has undertaken construction tasks in this project, and during the long-term construction process, we have always strictly strengthened safety and quality management to ensure that all construction tasks are completed on schedule according to the owner's requirements, which has been well received by the owner.
Through the low strain test of 1,990 piles on site, there are 1,976 Class I piles and 14 Class II piles. There are 18 piles for static load test, 9 piles for uplift test and 9 piles for horizontal test. The test results meet the design requirements. Based on this project, many projects such as Guangdong Yunfu Jinshenglan and Heyuan Zijin County Jinshenglan were expanded afterwards, and valuable experience and foundation were accumulated for undertaking similar projects in the future.
