The pile foundation and testing project of Air Liquide Tianjin Binhai Co., Ltd. is located in Tianjin Binhai New Area Lingang Industrial Zone, at the intersection of Bohai 12 Road and Haihe Road, with convenient road conditions. Entrusted by the owner, our company will complete the HKFZ square pile construction task of the project.
The project started on March 12, 2021, and completed all construction tasks on April 10, 2021, with a total of 21,704 m of HKFZ square piles (pile length 21-25 m, 896 piles in total, square pile specification HKFZ-AB500(300), concrete strength grade C80), with a total of 2 sets of guide rod diesel hammer piling machines.
After the construction of this project was completed, the pile foundations were inspected by the inspection organization, and the inspection methods were single pile static load test, high strain method and low strain method, and the test results showed that the construction quality met the requirements of the design documents and relevant standards and specifications, and the passing rate was 100%.
The project actively coordinated with the owner supervisor and other organizations during the construction period, and completed the task objectives of each project well, which was well received by the owner and the supervisor.
